🛒 Orders & Shipping

  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders ship in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 days in Canada, 5–10 in the U.S.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not yet, only Canada and the U.S. for now.
  • How do I track my order?
    You’ll get a tracking link by email once it ships.
  • What if my order arrives damaged or is missing something?
    Email us within 48 hours with a photo, we’ll fix it right away.
  • Can I change my shipping address? Yes, if the order hasn't shipped. If it has, we’ll resend it once it returns (extra fees may apply).

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Is the website secure?
    Yes—Shopify uses bank-level SSL encryption.

  • What are the candles made of?
    100% soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free scents.
  • Are they vegan and cruelty-free?
    Yes, completely.  
  • What size and burn time?

~8 oz 70-75 hours of burn time.

~6 oz 40-45hours of burn time.

~4 oz 30-32 hours of burn time.

  • Do they have spiritual or energetic meaning?
    Yes, each candle is made with a specific intention (love, clarity, healing, etc.).
  • Can I customize a candle?
    Not yet, but limited drops are coming.

✨ Candle Care

  • How do I make my candle last longer?
    Trim the wick to ¼", let it melt fully on first burn, and never leave it unattended.
  • Can I reuse the jar?
    Yes, just clean it with warm water and soap.

🎁 Gifting

  • Can I send it as a gift?
    Yes! Select “gift” at checkout and add a free note.  
  • Is gift wrapping included?
    Yes, our packaging feels like a special gift.

🔁 Returns

  • Can I return it if I don’t like the scent?
    We don’t accept returns for scent preferences, but we’ll replace damaged items.
  • What if it arrives broken?
    Email us with a photo within 48 hours, we’ll send a replacement.
